We are located in North Park and we are one of San Diego's oldest, and most well-established sober living residences for men and women.

We are owned and managed by a professional corporation. Each member of our management team has over 30 years of management experience.

Each member of the board is a semi-retired business person that has a family member in recovery. They founded One Day at a Time Sober Living Homes as their way of giving back to the community.

For our support and involvement in the recovery community we have received certificates of appreciation from Recovery Walk, Recovery Games and Recovery Happens. We were also a board member of Recovery Games.

One Day At A Time has earned a good reputation and is well received in the recovery community.

Many residents are referred to us by recovery programs, government agencies and the court system including Prop. 36. We are a provider for Mental Health Systems, Inc's SASCA and SIP programs.

ALCOHOL/DRUG TESTING
Lack of government regulations and oversight has resulted in too many poorly managed sober living residences. Many are overcrowded, do little testing and are not well maintained.

At One Day at a Time Sober Living Homes we adhere to a zero tolerance policy. Everyone is tested before they move in, and at regular intervals thereafter.
